Project Management Services

We provide an ongoing project management service during track circuit construction.

Our project management service is usually provided as part of the wider remit of site management and engineering by our project partners who would assume lead consultant role.

1) Work with our partners to provide quantity surveying services to clients in order to ensure accurate cost management for the project. In addition to the provision of tender documentation we work with our partners to evaluate tender submissions from bidding contractors if required.

2) Carry out site visits to oversee project progress and to manage the relationships between stakeholders to ensure targets are met.

3) Site visits are also made to oversee technical and circuit infrastructure development and, as construction near completion, for homologation purposes.

4) Act as the liaison between CMH, the FIA, FIM or CiK (as appropriate) and their country representatives (the ASN) to ensure the construction of the motorsport facility meets ongoing requirements for official sanction and approval. This service reduces potential remedial costs, increases the quality of the finished circuit and ensures a satisfactory relationship between the circuit operator and the regulator.

Remarks

1) Track laying & pit-stop building needs to be complete 6 month before grand opening. so that, racing school could be operational

With cash inflow income generated before grand opening & other OEM manufacturer buyer to test run their cars.

Next, on preparation for local race event and race team trial run practices use.

2) Construction of Hotel is optional could be build after Dec 2011, after grand opening with cash inflow income generated are use to finance it construction.

3) To remain liquidity landscaping & car park construction are scheduled at the last 3 month before grand opening so that, cash generated after grand opening can by use to pay contractors
